Ever have a product that has been on the market for quite awhile? Get the urge to attempt to breathe new life into it? How do you go about doing this?
I promise, this will be my last post about product camps for a little while. But, I am in a unique position to share some thoughts. I have attended three of these events over the last four months – starting with Boston in November, Minneapolis in January and Atlanta in February. And, I’m not a sponsor.
Here’s the scenario:
I am the general manager of a sandbox. In this role I get to decide who can come in and who I don’t want. It is new, but my playmates were actively seeking such a sandbox and it quickly becomes a place filled with people who want to come and play.
